Prior to establishing HydroSOLVE in 1995, Glenn was a founding member of the Geraghty & Miller (now ARCADIS) Modeling Group in Reston, Virginia, USA, which was responsible for providing high-level modeling and software development services for the company.

HydroSOLVE, Inc. is the developer and vendor of AQTESOLV, the world's leading software for aquifer test design and analysis since 1989.
